Sodium Starch Octenyl Succinate E1450 is a pregelatinized starch made from tapioca or waxy corn. As a common emulsifier, it can be used in foods such as mayonnaise, replace acacia gum in flavors, and realize the emulsification and embedding of oily vitamins and flavor oils. It forms a stable oil-in-water emulsion, thus being used in the production of microcapsules. In emulsifier and flavor application scenarios, it can replace PURITY GUM2000; in oily substance emulsification, embedding and microcapsule production scenarios, it can replace HI-CAP100.
